Beauty Advisor offers an annual Program Upgrade that includes new features, revisions to accommodate Mary Kay business changes and customer
requested enhancements. All of your current data will be transferred to the upgraded program. The new upgrade process
is now a menu option that easy enough for novice computer users. These upgraded features
are included in all new Beauty Advisor purchases. Existing registered customers can upgrade at a discounted price of $20 until September

Year after year, Upgrade after Upgrade – no other Mary Kay program adds as many new and innovative features as Beauty Advisor. Here are highlights of some of the new Beauty Advisor version 14 enhancements that continue to make Beauty Advisor the most complete and versatile program for Mary Kay professionals.
- Monthly/Annual Comparisons - New screen that provides month to month comparisons to the prior year for Income and Expense transactions. This is another of many exclusive features in Beauty Advisor.
- Canceling order process enhanced - New feature that provides an option to change your mind after canceling a customer order.
- Customer Order history “summary” - New feature that summarizes the customer's order history and provides the last order date and total quantity and dollar value for each product. This valuable information is available to be viewed on the screen or printed in a report format.
- Memorized transactions for Personal Use - New feature that auto-fills the Expense Category and Expense at Retail option that was previously used for the selected Transaction Type in the Personal Use screen.
- New fields in Personal Use screen - Added two new fields to the “Edit Personal Use” screen: “Expense Category” and “Expense at Retail” This enhancement enables you to easily view what category the system automatically updated.
- More phone numbers in Follow-up screen - Added two new phone numbers including the option for cell phone to the Follow-up screen for Customers, Contacts Consultants and Business/Personal To-Do List items
- Consultant InTouch import revised - Revised consultant import from InTouch Community to correspond to website changes.
- Weekly Accomplishment InTouch import revised - Revised Weekly Accomplishment import from InTouch Community to correspond to website changes. Also enhanced the import process to handle more of the data exceptions.
- Screen and font sizes enlarged - Screen and font size enlarged in Customer and Product Order screens as well as many other screens throughout Beauty Advisor.
- Direct link to download program enhancements - New menu option providing a direct link to our Version 14 enhancement website allowing easy access to any program enhancements that are added throughout the year. The link will display the date of the last enhancement as well as download procedures.
- Automatic PCP Enrollment feature enhanced - Revised the automatic PCP Enrollment feature to include two new phone numbers and e-mail address. The new information was added to the “Enroll”, “Change” and “Remove” reports.
- Top selling customers - Added new report of top selling customers with option to select sales for any date range.
- Follow-up and order screens automatic update - Any revisions to phone numbers, names, e-mails, etc. will now update to the outstanding follow-up items for Customers, Contact and Consultants. Any revisions made in the Follow-up screen will also update back to the individuals' records.
- Palm/Pocket PC interface enhancement - Beauty Advisor's Palm/Pocket PC Interface program enhanced.
- New reports and much more - Added many new reports/filters.
