The owner of the company and system designer, Teresa Messineo has been actively involved in building successful Mary Kay businesses for over 25 years, beginning with her mother and then moving into her own Mary Kay career over 10 years ago. Prior to joining Mary Kay full-time, Teresa held several senior management positions in various multi-national, financial institutions. Designing and developing PC based financial systems is one of the many highlights in Teresa's professional business career. In addition to her Mary Kay and business expertise, Teresa currently holds 2 Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Finance and Computer Science along with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
