New - The Beauty Advisor Newsletter! You can sign up to receive our quarterly newsletter by sending an e-mail that includes your name. Individuals that do not currently have Beauty Advisor, please provide your city and state as well. This quarterly publication will contain What's New, valuable tips, information on how to get the most out of your Beauty Advisor software and our upcoming training sessions.
Note: You must be a registered Beauty Advisor user in order to successfully run this Product Update program.
Before you begin the download process, you must close the Beauty Advisor Product Master screen if it is open. You can then perform the steps outlined below.
U.S. Version 14 (Spring 2008/Director Early Option)
U.S. Version 12 (Spring 2008/Director Early Option)
U.S. Version 11 (Spring 2008/Director Early Option)
U.S. Versions 8 thru 10 (Spring 2008/Director Early Option)
- Click on the highlighted text above for your corresponding version.
- Select the "Open" or "Run" option (the exact wording may vary depending on your browser) to automatically load the Product Update program. Click OK. You may receive an informational warning from your Internet service and a confirmation - reply "Yes" to both.
- Click on the Update button and "Yes" to continue when asked to verify your version.
- Double-click on Product or Product.mdb.
If you have Netscape, you will not receive the "Open" or "Run" option. In this case, click on the arrow next to "Save In" and select your C: drive. Double-click on Program Files and then double-click on Beauty Advisor or Beauty Advisor 5.0. Click on "Save". From Windows Explorer, locate the file you just downloaded and double-click on it to load the Product Update program.
