It's powerful enough for the most experienced computer user while at the same time is easily mastered by computer novices. The accounting module includes income/expense journals, profit/loss analysis, budget tracking, check register, automated bank deposits, mileage log, credit card receivables, accounts receivables and business tracking register (60/40 profit split).

Income, Expense and Profit/Loss Analysis

Check Register

  • A complete Check Register is available that is capable of maintaining an unlimited number of accounts, including your Mary Kay™ checking, credit cards and personal accounts.

  • Print bank checks directly from Beauty Advisor.

Creating Bank Deposits

  • The Bank Deposit screen automatically retains all check and cash transactions that you post throughout the system.
  • A single-click creates your Bank Deposits automatically.

Logging Mileage

  • Track the miles to a customer's, consultant's or contact's house in Beauty Advisor’s Mileage Log.
